Ian Grossman
Hailing
from Chicago, Illinois, Ian is the wild card of the Iron Chef
Louie operation. If it weren't for Ian's hard work beside Louie
in the Brookhawk kitchen, you'd be eating pizza bagels every
Iron Chef Thursday. After training at the Culinary Institute
of America, Ian's skills have been honed in such fine kitchens
as Le Bernadin in New York and L'Espelier here in Beantown.
After suffering his share of setbacks from causing employees
to collapse in tears, he has landed himself a gig with the highly
successful Radius group in Boston (the most respected restaurant
organization in Boston, and maybe in the US). Currently, he
is a manager of the Great Bay Restaurant in Kenmore Square.
Ian's hard work and humility truly make Iron Chef possible.
He earns none of the glamour, fame, and supermodels availed
to Louie. Yet, he still shows up every other Thursday to ensure
that you, our guests, are delighted with amazing food. No one
is quite sure where he comes up with his dance moves, but we
all know there would be no fine dining at Brookhawk without
his slave labor in the scantily supplied Iron Chef kitchen.
