As Chef Louie prepares for the Grand Opening of his new Sel De La Terre restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel– He’s hosting another dinner party before his life becomes the living hell associated with being the executive Chef of a posh Boston restaurant.

For the last seven years he has partied with the best of you. From his Brookline living room (where it all started) to the city's finest bars and nightclubs – Chef Louie has wined, dined and danced with over 10,000 of Boston’s young glitterati.

And before moving on to the next stage of his career – join us in celebrating the beginnings of his culinary wizardry. His combination of free lance food and fun brought us all together. He did it with the flare and flexibility of not knowing what he had to cook just hours before 300+ hungry guests arrived.
